Founder and Executive DirectorAs a Process Manager, Learning Development expert and Founder of The Reflective Human, Rebecca seeks to making life-skills learning more accessible. Through educational programs, workshops, and community initiatives, she helps young people develop critical thinking, healthy skepticism, self-awareness, practical problem-solving, and other essential skills often overlooked in traditional education. Her work focuses on empowering individuals to think independently, engage thoughtfully with the world, and contribute positively to their communities.
Krishna Harrington
InstructorDedicated Special Education teacher with proven success in improving student behavior, managing challenging classrooms, and fostering inclusive learning environments. With several years of experience serving the centralized Special Education population, I am passionate about creating supportive, welcoming spaces where every student can thrive. I collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful student growth and development. Recognized for strong leadership within classroom settings, I am honored to share smiles, hugs, and life lessons with the children in my care—their future and well-being are deeply important to me.
Vanessa Arispe
InstructorWith extensive experience as an educator and tutor, I help students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and achieve measurable results. I work with students from elementary school through college in Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Math, including Pre-Algebra and Algebra I.
I specialize in STAAR, ACT, and SAT preparation, helping students improve scores through personalized instruction and targeted practice. I also assist college-bound seniors with essay writing, editing, and proofreading.
Known for my patient and supportive approach, I am committed to helping every student reach their full potential and succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
