A short meditation for focus and emotional control

Skills Beyond the Bell is an educational and personal development seminar series focused on practical life-skills, reflection, and thoughtful discussion. -
Participation is encouraged, but students are never pressured or embarrassed into speaking. We aim to create a respectful and welcoming environment where students gradually feel comfortable contributing.

Cameras are encouraged because they help build connection and community, but we understand there may occasionally be situations where students need flexibility.

Groups are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful interaction and discussion.

Sessions are hosted virtually through Google Meet

Each cohort runs for 12 months
